"ANA, Andrew Stark's receptionist is horrible. I was in an accident on August 20th, Thursday and wanted to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Brookfield. She told me it was not a Preferred shop, that I had to take it to the shop in Pewaukee. It was sent there, I didn't like the location, so I called State Farm Claims and they told me the Brookfield location IS A SELECT Repair Shop. Ana is rude, she hung up on me yesterday. She also has a bad habit of calling me Hun and Dear, which I find Highly unprofessional and Inappropriate!! When I called her after my accident, she advised me it would go "Smoother and Quicker" if I went through State Farm. Then she told me afterwards that it was My decision. After I got a release for my vehicle, at the towing company I called Ana from the facility and she stated she would let the Claims department know. This was Not done. I waited the entire day, expecting my vehicle to be towed, but it wasn't. So this was on a friday and I had to wait until Monday to get the tow scheduled. It was a difficult process because it got lost in the system and had to be scheduled a second time. Then I take it to a shop that is not where I wanted it to go. It is now waiting for another tow, to get it to the location I originally requested. So Much time wasted with DISINFORMATION from an inexperienced office girl. I have changed agents and I am sure I will get the curtesy and respect that an experienced office manager will provide.
UPDATE: I was contacted by a State Farm Claims Manager regarding my complaint about this agent, Andrew Stark and his awful receptionist, ANA. I explained how Ana told me it wasn't her job to follow up on claims and how I was told by Andrew that they don't have the same information regarding Select service repair shops as the claims department has. This is NOT TRUE! The State farm claims manager told me the agent has the EXACT SAME INFORMATION as they do. She also stated that agents Normally check with claims to make sure things are running smoothly.
SO, ANDREW AND ANA, YOU ARE BOTH LIARS.
Good Luck, I'm sure you will lose more business. Andrew, maybe you shouldn't be running yourself thin by having 2 locations. Very Poor choice hiring INCOMPITENT ANA!!!
